I have been a professional Massage Therapist since 2019 and opened SeRene Therapy in September of the same year.

Since studying Sporty Studies at University Collage Worcester I've always found massage therapy as a life long goal of mine.

 

Lockdown has not been kind to us all in so many different ways. Every one of us have had our own private struggles.

I decided to turn the opportunity of being furloughed, then being made redundant into a positive. I have determination and although I thought my Dyslexia may hold me back. I have achieved my dream of becoming a Massage Therapist.

Using the Helen McGuinness Health  and Beauty, International Training Centre I gained level 3 Diploma in Anatomy and Physiology with a pass mark off 97%. A Diploma in Full Body Massage Practitioners certificate and Diploma in Indian Head Massage. Following the success, I then went on to gain VTCT Level 3 Diploma in Sport Massage Therapy, with Holistic Beauty Academy, Passing the Anatomy and Physiology side with a pass mark of 98%.

In April 2024 I've also added new treatments of Hot Stones Massage and Hopi Ear Candling otherwise known as Thermal Auricular Therapy from Carla at Holistic Approach Academy in Poole, Dorset (FHT and IGCT Accredited training provider - All Level 3 qualifications which are mapped to NOS National Occupational Standard)​

My treatments are specifically tailored to the needs of each client to make sure they receive the approach that works best for them.
